THE WOMAN HE NEVER LOVED

In the dark shadows,
where self and friend solitude meet,
in the serenating tupac vocals,
among the shushing whispers of the night,
i thought of her.......

She was of tender skin,
a well roast of the coastal heat,
her eyes were of earth,
and well punched in,
i thought of her....

Her weight was feather,
of many men,dreamed,
yet none her seas could sail ,
but one.....

But he that was him or maybe I,
born a man of no heart...

A rider of pain,
not an emotion could take..

And so to a season of cold he disappered,
and her left in teary pours,
and she took it in,
that her was,
would,
and in whispers,
the woman he never loved

(Poetìc Eve)

soon such love he may neva find
so fine a sea he may neva sail
in the season of cold..
... and so many lost love
he may return
..yet to find..she lost that love
to one that could not wish to lose her
it wil be too late..
...and her tears will be sunshine
and her smile..as the horizon

(Skillz Tha Poet)

yes it may vanish to the horizon,
there where golden rays lie..
and to many a lost he shall not return,
but grin to the touching skies,
for then she shall be happy,
and such his joy

(Poetìc Eve)

such his joy..what a loss
finding love...letting it out...
may never  find such
she will smile with new life
while he smiles at the touching skies
too far to console him...
beneath all he may wish a return...
maybe too late...
but love is denied..likewise embraced

(Skillz Tha Poet)

and such joy rings merry bells,
for he let a bird go,
maybe his was true,
and to say console turns the winds,
chases the rains
and so saddens the moons,
for he saw a star,
and gave it out to another,
a man so true

3 AFTER THE HOUR

below the towering rocks,
albeit next to the woody farms was where he was,
laying upon the dripping,
rich green grass,
his mind was clear,
miss jazz and lady meditation had done their bit,

in that bliss hard gotten,
when crickets seize their craze,
and trees to sway get tired of,
a stray message did land,

it was never sweet they said,
but in later dates to honey it did turn,
was it coincidencial i have long fought to know,
hardly any of the grey heads a clue,

all i hear is the hour,
that turned rock to gold,
that turn of the long and short,
a snap to lady lucks' visit,

three past the hour,
they say,
he saved a damsel in pain,
she robbed him of his hard sought peace,
but he won a heart,

lay me then,
three past the hour,
shut these lids and off slide,
dreamland ain't a myth,
and none from it ever got scathed.

AN OLD SONG

the beat knows not me,
its age hardly known,
the sax blares,
... soothing clefs rise to the awaiting air,
such a wave an aire invites,
an old man does his magic,
a fella on the chords,
a strap down to the woods that sway upon his waist run,
fingers along treasured strings,

another sits,
head dancing,
next to a loved gentle black giant,
the two buddies for ages been,
palms upon the beautiful blacks and whites,
left to right and together meet,

upon the dark space in twos bodies follow,
in clarks and plats choreograph,
under lights that flash,
in and out,
up and down,

merry is made,
an old flame ignited,
the mood is mellow,
a kiss won't miss,

such a day be magical,

in such love was classical,

the touch of an old song,
in many a throng,
only a few know.

all but the beauty,
of an old song,

it was not enough

In the silence of the night
when there's nothing left to fight
and your dreams are all just dreams
that wont come true.
When pain is all thats left
and you only feel bereft
as the nightmares come alive
to torture you.
Close your eyes and think of me
and the way it used to be
and the hopes and dreams and feelings
that we knew.
Then forget them all forever
'cos we'll never be together
as my love...
was simply not enough...
for you.

even in death......

In these water colors
Our hearts bleed together
And through heartbreak
They always remain tethered

Swallow this light bulb
While I slit your throat
You’ve always been my searchlight
When my heart ran out

I always felt nauseous
In those years before we met
My stomach was filled with cocoons
Now butterflies flutter at your silhouette

I’ll love you forever
Because I know that this is special
Let’s hold hands and walk pigeon toed
All the way to our funeral

he died for her

drenched in heavenly tears he knelt,
in the middle of the already deserted street,
thinking of what a looser he was.
his heart lay in shreds,
torn apart by fates hand,
his face awashed by dripping pain,
telling an untold tale of a hurting mate.
if only she could see his sad state,
and listen to his babbling lips,
and the tone from this fibble creature,
that now knelt in sorrow,
saddened by the unending misery,
that seemed not to seize,
with each passing minute,
gloomier than the past,
if only she could hear him out,
but no she is long gone,
taken all he lived for,
life meant nothing anymore,
he took out the colt,
kissed the barrel and said the grace,
blast!!...cling!!...thud!!
he had pulled the trigger...
