to what crimes do we charge him,
honorable members of the jury?
is it war crimes?
did he fly that jet,
that destroyed those homes?
did he fire that rocket,
that rocked that school?
did he launch that mortar,
that wrecked that mosque???
or is it inhumane acts?
who killed those women?
who shot those kids?
is it he that stands here?

then to what case do we have,
on a man protecting his own nation,
is that wrong?
a leader saving his own people,
